My husband and I were in St. Lucia and took the Exclusive Soufriere Sunset Escapade tour. Our Spice Travel rep was great! She was very thorough and efficient. Our taxi driver, Matthias was also wonderful. He kept us informed of everything we were seeing and generally was very entertaining and friendly. He also drove us to the airport on Saturday so it was nice to meet up once again and say goodbye and thank him again.

We returned home from 2 weeks in St. Lucia, booked through Air Canada Vacations. Our Spice Travel Representative was most helpful and kind. Not only did she give us excellent and accurate information about restaurants and tours but even escorted us personally on a wonderful outing to a local fish fry event one evening . It allowed us to experience a little of the non tourist side of the island which we really appreciated. Her contact very much enhanced our St. Lucia experience. She was obviously proud of her island and her people and it was a pleasure sharing that with her.

My partner and I would really like someone to know that they have a very valuable employee working for them. We had the absolute pleasure of meeting ShermaBrouet on our Air Canada vacation to St. Lucia from Sept 19th – 26th at The Coconut Bay Resort. She is fun, personable and professional. In fact, when she learned that we forgot our camera at home, she took lots of photos of us using her own camera so that she could email us some memories.
She went above and beyond her duties. You don’t meet many people like that anymore.
